| Nov 2007 -- We welcomed Alison at the front desk. Also, Dr. Lori Rose, a
long-time colleague of Dr. Bond's joined us in the office providing
chiropractic services.

| May 2007 -- Our receptionist, Denise, left us to return home to Texas and
pursue her dance career. We are currently in search of a new receptionist.

| Apr 2007 -- For the first time in years, we raised our rates for massage
services.

| Feb 2007 -- Jan joined our group to offer Lomilomi (Hawaiian Spiritual
Massage) to our patients.

| Dec 2006 -- We hired an outside billing service. Now, if you have
insurance, you have the option of being billed for your copay instead of
paying at the time of visit. Deductibles must still be paid at the time of
your visit. |
